Review of Room (2015) by Nino G — 09 Jun 2017
Boy, lower it's shot!
A few times a movie used so well and it was both necessary to tell a story using the uses of plongée's.
Merit of the book taken to the film is the perspective of a story told by a child, in this case Jack, which in a way, allows some breaths before a story so strong and heavy, that does not start and does not end in one Happy end, it only gives the strength to follow.
OBS: I feel influences from the myth of the cave + the Wes Anderson movies.
