Review of Room (2015) by Electronicoffee — 21 Sep 2018
What's really sad is that #THEROOM is a better movie than #ROOM2015 - THE ROOM is actually entertaining because it's so bad it's good. Room (2015) is just tepid, boring, emotionless, and tries so hard to be interesting or original but bogged down by bad acting and scripting.
No one saw this **** movie. It made 35 million which if you know anything about movies, means no one saw it. Stop virtue signaling people and inflating scores of movies that you FEEL need a good score when you've never seen or sat through this **** snorefest of a movie.
It's absolutely ridiculous Brie Larson won Best Actress (she is basically Kristen Stewart with 1-2 facial expressions per movie) for a movie that made only 35 million domestically (in a country with 325 MILLION people and movie tickets are 12-15 bucks a pop in most places) You do the math.
Want me to? Okay. 243,000 people saw it in America roughly (at 12$ a pop). Divided by state, means less than 5,000 people per state watched it. Ie: No one.
