Review of Rookie of the Year (1993) by Spencer V — 16 Nov 2007
A sleeper of a baseball movie, very good if you don't take it too seriously. One of Gary Busey's better performances, but that isn't saying much. How many kids broke their arms so the muscle tension could allow them to throw 100 miles an hour? Not many, but it's a good movie.
