The theme is spot on for today's youth. Kids struggling to create "real" friendships and turn to a bot to help them make friends. If you think of how young people use social media these days you can see parallels everywhere.
The writers knocked it out of the park on delivering a message that shows the difference between real and fake friendships. The message is clear. Making real friends is better.
