Russell Crowe is strong in the role as leader of a group of skinheads intent on riding the neighbourhood of its growing population of Vietnamese residents for fear of racial impurity seeping into Australia.
The plot is further complicated when a woman prone to epileptic seizures comes between Crowe and his second lieutentant and best friend.
