Review of Romeo and Juliet (1968) by Andrea — 04 Oct 2008

I saw the first bit in class and then the last half hour on TV but they cut out enough of the plays original scenes and text to make me furious. Makes me want a Kenneth Branagh version because he stays truly loyal to Shakespeare's work.

And then there was the fact that the acting was not good at all. Juliet's crying made me want to reach into the television and strangle her.
