Zemeckis jumped on the Spielberg bandwagon and followed up Raiders with this comical and thrilling take on an adventurer racing through the jungle with a girl in his arms. The film is a great deal of fun and the two main leads don't hold anything back.
Still, it's all very silly and dated.
