This film tells an interesting story with an insightful message, even if the message is a bit muddy at times. Washington has created a compelling character, but the supporting characters feel a bit weak and underdeveloped.
I may be a bit biased, being a lawyer myself, but I found it to be an inspiring tale...even if some of the legal details were typical Hollywood fiction.
