Review of Roman Holiday (1953) by Ro R — 26 May 2009
Great romantic comedy featuring some really good performances by Peck and especially Hepburn. Her transformation from girl to woman is striking. Watching the film you can see the influence of neo-realism and its almost like Wyler intended for the film to look like Bicycle Thief.
Of course Wyler is one of the top five directors EVER (yeah I said it) as he could direct any manner of film.
