This is a lovely romantic comedy that will very simply transport you to another time and place; a time when a suit and tie were like jeans and a t-shirt; when a dress was just as normal as a blouse and skirt; when ladies and gentlemen really did mean "ladies" and "gentleman." (Not that I am against gender equality.).

It is lovely to watch Hepburn in her first crack as leading lady. She does a fine job. Gregory Peck does a splendid job as leading gentleman. The follies are wonderful and really are indicative of a time when 'la dolce vita' was higher on the priority list than it is today (Nowadays, it would be a task list on a Blackberry device of some sort).

Lovely. Watch it.
