This movie made me think I didn't like Gregory Peck, but when I remember Cape Fear, Moby Dick, To Kill a Mockingbird, Pork Chop Hill etc, well, I guess it's just that I didn't like him in this role.
Also, having seen so, so many Italian movies set in Rome, the setting just doesn't captivate me like it does for the average Hollywooder.
