On the plus side, I was impressed by the acting performance of Lucky McKee as Roman, and the story in and of itself is a sad and strange one, as is McKee's film "May." However, the way the film is executed is not particularly compelling, due to otherwise bad acting and a rather slow pace.
Also, Roman just does not elicit the same sympathy and endearment that Angela Bettis as May does -- I'd much rather see her on the screen and let McKee direct.
