Review of Roma (2018) by Donkz — 17 Jan 2019
Using tabus to overwhelm human emotions into getting you a critical acclaim is a cheap way of making movies. I hate everything about movies like this. It's a masterpiece from the point of cinematography , but the story and its elements are straight up disgusting and unacceptable because all they meant to do to stir up the very core of your soul with sadness and empathy.
Some might get off on this. I personally think movies like these should not exist, or only exist for those who seek them.
