Review of Roly Poly (1968) by Jourdan C — 04 Oct 2009
Alright I'll admit, I didn't fully understand this film. The plot is just so damn confusing that at times I just got lost. However, after reading plot summaries online after the film, I got a better understanding of it.
So let me tell you now it is a very confusing film, but confusing in a way where it keeps you interested and thus making you want more so that you can just answer the question, "What the f*ck is going on?" Not surprisingly, Daniel Craig is brilliant as this classy gangsterish drug dealer.
The dialogue is clever and humorous, the soundtrack fits well, the acting is well done and the editing is brilliant.
