Review of Roly Poly (1968) by Jacob O — 03 Oct 2010
I'll be honest with you - I've had enough of British films about London drug dealers. Is that what we are supposed to be known for? I mean, come on, we're not Amsterdam here. This thriller is all about a British drug dealer (played by Daniel Craig, in his pre-bond years) who takes on one last assignment.
It's somewhere between glamorising and demoralising the drug trade, and it may have a good cast of British actors, but it's still tiresome.
