Review of Roly Poly (1968) by Jordan O — 01 Sep 2014
Got worse as it went even though the premise was strong. I'm a fan of Matthew Vaughn but you don't need an emotional score that sounds like "Gladiator" in a film about drug dealers. Add a B-Plot that literally solves itself off- screen, a "romance" that was clearly forced on-script at the last moment and an ending that could've been good except for literally the last 45 seconds.
Thank god for Daniel Craig because he's about the only redeemable point by the end.
