A group of Vietnam vets are released from a Viet Cong prison camp and return home to a hero's welcome. America has changed however, and so have they. Written by Paul Schrader (Taxi Driver) it's a slow burner that simmers then explodes into brutality.
Good performances and a thoughtful script elevate this revenge flick.
