It features Paul Rudd and Stiffler. And Stiffler is a major Paul Stanley/KISS fan. There's enough pop culture references here to make your head spin and it's not even cute funny. It's laugh out loud funny until you can't breathe so you throw up a little in your mouth and chew clorets.
