It's a lighthearted comedy that could have gotten away with PG-13 if the cursing and nudity had been cut down a lot. However, the language is totally necessary at points and will leave you laughing even at a serious point in the movie.
Other than that it is a lighthearted comedy with a few surprising morals and an over feel-good attitude once you leave.
