Review of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016) by James I — 23 May 2018
If only Rogue One was the rule, and not the exception when it comes to Disney Star Wars. Alas that is not the case. This is all that we true fans will ever get from the house of mouse as far as quality Star Wars goes.
The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi are blasphemies, and Solo looks to be a boring biopic that we never asked for. I am so grateful that each and every hero character in Rogue One is killed off as there is now no way to subvert, pervert or generally ruin them in some future film as was done to our beloved Han, Luke and Leia.
