Review of Rogue (2007) by Arthur M — 19 Aug 2008
My favorite big croc movie. It's much better than Lake Placid or Primeval. The jump-scares are earned and real, and the croc is only fully seen for about 5 minutes but it's rendered extremely well.
The human drama is very realistic and the fear is realistic, for reasons that they're actually on location so in real danger all the time, from not only crocs. Plus it doesn't hurt that Radha Mitchell is a real natural beauty.
