Review of Rogue (2007) by Sean L — 28 Feb 2009
A really great killer croc flick (why have these suddenly gotten so popular?) that does awesomely until descending into a deeply implausible ending. Well acted and scripted with very believable reactions to the characters' predicament, and very decent special effects.
The stunning Australian landscape and wildlife is used to great effect. If you ignore the last five minutes (a wildly unlikely hand-to-hand fight with the croc in its underground lair), this is well worth a watch.
