Review of Roger Dodger (2002) by Jonathan G — 26 Aug 2008
This movie has enough genius in it to make it worth it's pressing, but lacks in other ways. Campell Scott (George C. Scott's son) is simply amazing, even if you hate his character (like Tom Cruise in Magnolia).
His character is simply as depressing as it is impressing. Cinematography is delightfully refreshing. I LOVED the one camera scene on the street through traffic and people. Simply brilliant. Worth a rental for a film student.
Also shows some moral values... if you make it to the end.
