Undoubtedly, the weakest entry in the series, Rocky V was the initial farewell to Stallone's beloved underdog Rocky Balboa. The film sees the Italian Stallion announce his retirement from the ring, only to take his fighting spirit to the streets against the new champion Tommy Gun.
Featuring a superb performance from Sylvester Stallone, Rocky V is an underrated movie. The film may not be the adrenaline filled knock out that fans wanted however, Rocky V is a terrific character study.
