What more can I say about Rocky IV other than it helped us win the Cold War. We beat the Soviets in a Hollywood boxing ring instead of on the battlefield (like Red Dawn). The only casualty was Apollo Creed.
Itâ??s another awesome Rocky movie with the best soundtrack of the series. It had a few cheesy lines, but it was also the 1980s. Thatâ??s how we talked back then. It also proved to the world that American athletes donâ??t use steroids, only communist scum like Ivan Drago and Barry Bonds.
And, hearing the Soviet national anthem with the banners of Soviet visionaries like Marx, Lennon, and Stalin in the background, I kept wondering if I could spot an Obama banner. GD Communists! Thank God for Rocky.
