I'm not quite sure what Stallone was trying to accomplish with the third sequel to "Rocky"... Maybe he, for some reason, thought that it would be a great idea to outdo "Rocky III" in absurdity or maybe he wanted to win some sort of "Most Montages in One Film" award? Regardless, "Rocky IV" is the weakest of the franchise yet.
