Another 80s Rocky sequel. Rocky at the top of the world, similar to the previous sequel. Different but great music, and impressive cinematography. Dolph Lundgren can't act but is worth his salt as an impressive, tough villain.
It once again veered away from the original story. Bridgette Neilson's Russian accent is off at times.
