More Stallone. He writes this one and the movie suffers from more bad dialog, but acting of Carl Weathers is still enough to carry the movie. Mr. T is not much of an actor but thats ok he just plays himself and dosen't say much.
Rocky is starting to be a very annoying character in this movie.
