More Stallone. He writes this one and the movie suffers from more bad dialog, but somehow the acting of Carl Weathers is still enough to carry the movie. Mr. T is not much of an actor but that's ok he just plays himself and doesn't say much.
Rocky starts to be a very annoying character in this movie.
