Review of Rocky III (1982) by Dave L — 26 Mar 2011
Rocky, while living his life of famed luxury, gets challenged by an angry Mr. T (he's always angry) and gets beat. He enlists the help of Apollo Creed to train him for a rematch. At the beginning, there is a ridiculous match with Hulk Hogan (!) which is less a boxing match and more a wrestling tournament.
With this film, Rocky loses its more serious prestige. There are some entertaining moments though.
