This time around Rocky faces a Beast named Clubber Lang played Fantastic by Mr. T but, the man who steals this film is Hulk Hogan as Thunder Lips especially when he says Thunder Lips Is Here Baby Its The Ultimate Male Versus The Ultimate Meatball just classic.
