I was absolutely stunned that I liked this movie, watching it for the first time almost 40 years after it was made. it was very well done for an old movie. great characters, especially Rocky. they made you feel for the guy and root for him to win.
he was also ridiculously funny and had me cracking up a bunch of times. lots of old movie qualities but mostly forgivable (2 viewings).
