Rocky is an boxer just trying to get by. He serves as an enforcer for the mob, and boxes on the side to make ends meet. Not until heavy weight champion selects him to be his opponent, does everything turn around for him.
Rocky is clearly now a classic, and one of the best known sports movies of all time. Rocky does the good things well, it has heart, character and a good under dog story.
