Review of RocketMan (1997) by Nicholas M — 19 Jan 2008

A Disney film back in the day (now I'm sure it would be considered completely vulgar and pornographic by today's standards of rating films) that is over the top at times and very very wacky. It is extremely unique though as it features underground comedian in the lead role as a slightly retarded computer genius that goes to mars! Yay.

The movie may have bombed in the 90's, but I guarantee it would be an epic comedy today. Harland Williams' career never took off after this film, which is a shame because he is hilarious. It's even funnier to see parts of his raunchy bits that he uses today appear here and there throughout this movie.

Watch it. It's funny.
