Review of Rocket Science (2007) by Gonzalo C — 02 Sep 2008
OK, there seem to be a lot of quirky teen coming-of-age comedies coming out lately, after Napoleon Dynamite and Superbad, but this film is like neither. It's very funny, but really about the dark anger of loneliness, rejection and deformity.
Lots of hilarious moments, but mostly a quiet, thoughtful movie. See it.
