I could not tell what the hell this movie was about. Was it "Rudy" with a Helen Keller like character? I was so mad that he didn't accomplished anything. If you took out every second that was just him stuttering, it would be a 10-minute feature.
Hal doesn't learn anything in the end, and neither do we.
