Review of Rocket Science (2007) by Kalpesh P — 23 Jun 2009
I actually liked this movie in some awkward way. Hal Hefner is a stuttering teenager with nothing to do until Ginny enters his life and tells Hal that "deformed people" make good competitors because they have so much anger to express. Its a pretty good plot with good actors and a nice soundtrack.
Jeffrey Blitz is very impressive in his directing.
Though the film was slow at times, it had some very good one liners and the overall movie was quite good. Anna Kendrick shows a lot of promise as an actor. Nicholas D'Agosto is another impressive actor. Nice to watch.
