Review of Rock the Kasbah (2015) by Justin H — 22 Oct 2015

Came in to see this with low expectations, as the critics hate it and the advertising budget is seemingly zero. I was pleasantly surprised. Funny, interesting, and a great story. Bill Murray was very good, as were Bruce Willis and Kate Hudson.

Very entertaining movie, my only complaint would be the editing, which seemed sub par. For instance, Bruce Willis threatens to kill Bill Murray, then a few scenes later they are working together with no explanation.... and the taxicab that Bill Murray rides in for much of the movie suddenly and inexplicably has no doors in one scene.

Despite the weirdness with the editing though, this was a fun outing. I recommend it.
