Review of Rock of Ages (2012) by Jukka H — 30 May 2013
This jukebox musical has the usual "girl gets off a bus from the midwest with Hollywood dreams" story in all it's glory, but the uneven pacing and oddly placed musical numbers with songs provided by the big hair bands of the 80s, isn't enough to make this worthwhile.
I loved the music used in this film, but I'd be better off just making my own 80s playlist on iTunes.
