Dated and childish compared to modern anime. I actually preferred watching the making of documentary more than the film which never really grabbed my attention as the characters were poorly animated and given childish features and annoying whiney voices.
It is worth watching if you have young kids budding to be the new Iggy Pop, Lou Reed or Debbie Harry as these people make up the soundtrack. The main soundtrack is horrible and too loud. Some nice sequences, but quite a 70s feel overall and the plot is pretty boring.
