A strong cast helped save this from what could have been just another kids movie. Christopher Plummer does a great job as the villainous Owl Duke and Glenn Campbell does quite nicely as an Elvis Rooster.
It also has the line â??My heartâ??s so full I could explode like a bloated lamb.â?? You have to admit, you donâ??t find lines like that in many movies.
