Review of Robot & Frank (2012) by Ian G — 02 Feb 2013
A very unconventional and heart warming buddy film focusing on the relationship with an aging father experiencing the early symptoms of alzhemers and the robot caretaker bestowed on him by his son and how their borderline criminal extracuricular activities instantly brings him back to wakefullness and livelihood.
Crafted brilliantly and minimally and should have been awarded more award accolades by the various critics and such for the classic performance by Frank Langella. A true gem!
