Review of Robot & Frank (2012) by Richard V — 13 Sep 2014
Robot and Frank is, at its core, a charming film about friendship. Even if the friendship is between an elderly cat burgler suffering from dementia and a robotic helper. What is interesting about the film is how big the world feels without going too deep into it - a subplot about the local library converting to a digital world is captivating without beating you over the head.
It's a great story, though at times does drag its feet. But it is still worth checking out.
