This IS the worst Robo movie of the three. As fond as I am of sporradic fighting of japanese robot ninjas, emotional sequences with Robo, ED209, and such, and the ever increasingly large technology to keep robo running and OCP leaving.
... hell watch it for laughs, cause seriously that's about all there it to it.
