Though it doesn't hold a candle to the original, Robocop still manages to be a sizable upgrade from the second installment. It misses the original actor and is filled with some stupid stuff (Like asian kung fu robots and logical issues) but the film still manages to be a enjoyable if not somewhat dated threequel.
