It's actually not bad. However, would've received a better rating if they edited more. A lot of it was really talkishly boring. The whole Novak show can be dropped.
Action sequences were great, but were overlooked by so much talking. They can trim this down to 1 and 1/2 hrs and it would've been a great movie.
