Review of RoboCop 2 (1990) by Ian C — 09 Feb 2014
Such a shit sequel. The original is such a classic. Whenever it shows promise it evolves into shit. Prime example been the arcade scene to the sound of Babylon A.D. "The Kid Goes Wild". Starts off great and then goes all comical with kids throwing popcorn at Robocop.
The ending is also a major let down and started so well with the immortal line "Cain! Let's step outside!" It then turns into a WWF type robotic wrestling match with shit special effects.
