Seems to be innevitable that sequels to great movies devolve into parodies of themselves in some way or shape. Not that it's a bad thing per se, Robocop 2 is a bit of hit and miss with the material, but I still had fun.
Tom Noonan was perfectly used for all it's creepiness.
