Review of RoboCop (1987) by Dan H — 12 Feb 2014
Verhoeven does it again!!!!! Robocop is ultimately a tragic tale about the individual vs. the corporate system. The film manages to be very fun but also very sad and touching as well. It has fantastic bloody gore effects (some of the best I've seen), explosive action, a smart script, some awesome comedy ,and nifty messages about consumerism and corporations not-so-hidden inside.
Not only is it a great B film, it's a great film PERIOD. See it, and enjoy the bloody goodness.
