Review of Robinson Crusoe on Mars (1964) by Aj V — 17 Nov 2010
A classic of intelligent low-budget science fiction in the tradition of the more recent 'moon.' adheres tightly to the structure of the original robinson crusoe, but placed in an outer space context.
paul mantee is a little too soap opera to carry the entire first half of the film himself, but there is a earnestness to the whole production that makes it a forgotten classic and worth seeing for fans of the genre.
